The crew stays somewhat the same sometimes they will send someone new. I like the crew they send me. The ladies are very nice and thorough in cleaning my house . I always have a very good experience with them. They always ask me to check in their work and provide my feedback on their job and it’s always a great job done.

I’ve used several other cleaning services, and Molly Maid has been better than all of them for both quality and value. First, they were VERY clear about what would be done in the initial “deep clean,” what it would cost, and exactly what the cost was based on (square footage, max hourly rate x estimated time). A live face-time video walkthrough identified what I needed to have cleaned, and they provided tips for decluttering to maximize cleaning time. The house was spotless after the deep-clean. I wrote with a few minor concerns (not about the service itself) and received a prompt, polite, personal response! I was impressed. The new crew came today, and I am very pleased! We may have a few minor things to iron out, but their friendliness, attention to details, and response to my feedback will make it easy. Good people, and great service!!

Despite being a larger, well-known company, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. The team was professional, thorough, and left my home sparkling clean. They paid attention to details that are often overlooked by other cleaners. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Brunswick area!
