No. Because we work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.

Absolutely! We know that plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, we'll do our best to work with you. Call us 72 hours before your cleaning appointment to make sure we can change your schedule.

We bring all the necessary supplies and cleaning equipment for each job. If you have specific cleaning preferences, we'd be happy to discuss them with you and clean your home the way you want.
