Ms. Molly Foundation Board of Directors

Michelle is the Director of Systems for Molly Maid. Michelle became involved with the Ms. Molly board in 2002. She began serving on the board in 2009 and was named President of the Board in 2014. She was named the only Molly Maid employee to win the Making a Difference Award in 2010.

Alicia is the Vice-President of Molly Maid of Greater West Houston. Molly Maid of Greater West Houston has been supporting the Ms. Molly Foundation since 1999 and locally supports the Fort Bend Women's Center in Richmond, Texas. Alicia began her service on the board as Vice President in 2023.

Sara is a Neighborly Cash Accounting Specialist. Sara has been serving on the board as Treasurer since 2017.

Katie is the Owner of Molly Maid of Mahoning/Trumbull Counties. Katie’s office has supported the Ms Molly Foundation since its inception in 1996. In 2006, she won the Ms. Molly Making a Difference Award and served on the board that year. Katie continued to assist with Ms. Molly efforts and Making a Difference Drives. In 2017 she joined the board the board for the second time. In 2021, she won the Making a Difference Award again! In 2023, she became secretary for the board. Katie and her staff truly love supporting the Ms Molly Foundation and supporting her community shelters of Someplace Safe & Sojourner House.

Julie is the Manager of Local Performance Marketing for Molly Maid. Julie became involved with the Ms. Molly Foundation in 2024, serving as a board member.

Amita is the Owner of Molly Maid of Southeast Dayton. Molly Maid of Southeast Dayton has been supporting the Ms. Molly Foundation since 2012 and locally YWCA of Dayton Ohio and Violence Free Futures. Amita has been serving on the board since 2019.

Marshall is the Owner of Molly Maid of BCS and Molly Maid of Midland & Odessa. Marshall has been supporting the Ms. Molly Foundation since 2005 and locally supports Safe Place of the Permian Basin and Twin City Mission- Domestic Violence Program. Marshall has been serving on the board since 2023. He won the Making A Difference Award in 2010.

Kristin is the Owner of Molly Maid of Bloomingdale and Mount Prospect. She has been supporting the Ms. Molly Foundation since 2007. Kristin has been serving on the board since 2016. Kristin notes that having the Ms Molly Foundation allowed us to bond with our community right away and was a key contributing factor in deciding to invest in the Molly Maid brand. The Ms Molly Foundation is also a contributing factor for long term and loyal employees in my business! Our local charity is Family Shelter Service, a part of Metropolitan Services of Chicagoland.
