"We appreciate the great job your staff does for the following reasons:
- They are always cheerful and friendly. In particular, they are nice
to our dog, who does his best to slow them down and get in their way.
- They are honest and take responsibility for everything in our home while
they're here.
- They do extra things. If our bed is already made,
they touch it up and
straighten the pillows,
too, so that it looks as
good as the rest of the house when
they leave.
- Speaking of doing extra things, we really appreciate it that they move
stuff around to clean a surface and
don't just clean around it. They also
clean things even if they don't look
dirty.
- …We both travel, and
we never have to worry that there
will be someone we don't know
coming into our home when we're
gone. "
